My Food Philosophy
I believe living your best life requires building a foundation of practices that promote, support and maintain good health. I also believe the base of this foundation starts in the kitchen with whole foods that are nourishing and satisfying.
For me personally, I feel my best when I nourish my body with a variety of fresh, in season, locally grown, organic whenever possible vegetables and fruit. Moderate amounts of ethically raised grass fed, pasture raised sustainable meat, game, fish, poultry. Non-GMO grains, legumes, raw nuts and seeds and healthy fats.
As a CNP, I believe in biochemical individuality and that no one diet fits all. As a result, my goal is to educate, inspire and support my clients in determining the nourishing foods that help them feel their very best.
